The Transition Education Center offers support to students in four distinct programs, including:

  • Transition Plus - for students with special needs, ages 18-22
  • Transition and Post-Secondary Preparation Program (TAPP) - for students with special needs, grades 11 through age 22.
  • Accountability with Academics and Restorative Education (AWARE) - serving grades 6-12
  • Project SEARCH is a business led high school transition model that provides students with disabilities meaningful job skills.
