Additional Administrative Updates

As we prepare for the 2023-24 academic year, the following administrative changes will be in place starting July 1, 2023:

• Current WBLAHS - South Campus Associate Principal Carrie Barth will serve a one-year assignment as WBLAHS - North Campus principal, a position that will open when current principal Ang Nelson becomes principal at Otter Lake Elementary. An interim high school associate principal will be hired for the 2023-24 school year.

• Dion Harriman will continue in his associate principal position, supporting construction projects during the 2023-24 school year. Joe Held will continue serving in an associate principal role moving forward.

“Carrie Barth has been a well respected leader in the district for many years, both in her current South Campus role and as associate principal at Sunrise Park Middle School prior to her time at the high school level,” said Superintendent Wayne Kazmierczak. “She will do a terrific job leading the staff at WBLAHS - North Campus during the 2023-24 school year, one that is important as we transition into a unified high school beginning in the fall of 2024.”
